By accessing or using WorksheetSmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Service

WorksheetSmith is provided for educational purposes. You may use it to generate worksheets for personal, classroom, or tutoring use across any academic subject. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or its users.

Content

Worksheets generated through WorksheetSmith are produced by an AI language model and compiled by a LaTeX engine. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any generated content for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any worksheet before distributing it.

Intellectual Property

The WorksheetSmith name, logo, and interface design are proprietary. Worksheets you generate are yours to use freely for educational purposes.

Paid Subscriptions

WorksheetSmith offers an optional Pro subscription that removes ads, raises daily worksheet generation limits, and increases the number of worksheets you can save. Pro features are tied to the Google account used at sign-in and are non-transferable. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and at checkout before you confirm any purchase.

Billing and Renewals

Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the interval you select (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Pro access until that date. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; continuing to use Pro after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first charge (monthly or annual). Refunds on renewal charges are handled case by case and are not automatic. To request a refund, contact us via the contact page with the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorksheetSmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
